V n\u011bkter\u00fdch z nich jej sn\u00ed\u017eilo i o 5 gram\u016f a t\u00edm ani zdaleka nekon\u010d\u00ed.&#13; Nadbytek soli toti\u017e prokazateln\u011b zp\u016fsobuje vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak, hypertenzi, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z p\u0159\u00ed\u010din v\u00fdskytu cukrovky druh\u00e9ho typu nebo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho cholesterolu. B\u00fdv\u00e1 hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou tvorby ledvinov\u00fdch kamen\u016f a pod\u00edl\u00ed se taky na rakovin\u00e1ch \u017ealudku, tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva a kone\u010dn\u00edku. Zredukujte tak objem t\u011bchto potravin ve sv\u00e9 strav\u011b a zkuste si n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich p\u0159ipravovat doma, abyste m\u011bli pod kontrolou jejich slo\u017een\u00ed.
